Urban style choreography with a latin flavour. Classes taught every week in our Melbourne Studio, with online options in the Poppy's Fitness Virtual Hub.

Dance with Poppy 'dance fitness' classes are a unique experience. With students and teacher on the floor together all facing a mirror, the students are able to improve their technique and form, and grow in confidence with every class.

 

With Poppy's hugely motivating teaching style and endless energy, the classes are filled with a fun community of people who all have a passion and love for dance. Every week there's fresh tunes, ranging in urban, hip hop & latin with unique choreography crafted by Poppy. It's a workout that feels like a party. Guaranteed to bring a smile to your face!
